Honestly, I hate Mondays but I love to do Monasez Monday Mentions. I have been learning a lot from my fellow bloggers and I am very happy to share the posts that I found interesting with you.
Seems like the weeks are going by too fast. It feels like just yesterday I was doing the Monday Mentions and not now I’m doing it again today. Well, anyway I hope you guys had a great week, I know I did, despite the speed of time.
Since defining myself as a finance blog, I’ve found it to be easier to think of topics. I still plan to blog about some career stuff on the site because I feel like your career and work ethics are directly tied to your finances. That’s just my opinion. Without a career or form of income there are no finances.
Anyway, this past week was the first week I was able to post something almost everyday which was awesome. That’s an accomplishment for me, especially since I work so hard during the day.
By the time I get home I literally feel beat and I don’t get chance to write as often as I want to. But most bloggers have a full time job in addition to blogging, so if they can do it then I can do it too.
I think I’m learning how to manage my time better. Not only did I get to post some great stuff last week but I also was able to get a few chapters done in the sequel to the book I’m writing. I’m hoping to start scouting for a publishing company or a publisher in the next two weeks. So wish me luck!
