It’s Monday and I am hoping for a great week. I’m not too excited about it being Monday because Mondays suck. A typical Monday for me consists of waking up late, rushing to shower and dress, and heading off to the job that I hate.
One of the worse parts of my Monday is traffic. It seems like on Mondays has the most traffic of the week. Traffic on a Monday usually doesn’t work for someone who’s running 10 minutes late to a job that they hate.
Anyway, I’m going to try not to complain so much this week and keep a positive attitude. I do believe that keeping a positive attitude can allow positive things to happen to you, so I’ll try my best to stay positive through it all. Maybe something good will come out of sitting in Monday traffic.
Maybe I’ll be sitting in traffic and hear my favorite song. Or maybe I’ll be coming up with some great blog ideas while sitting in traffic. Who knows?
This week I’ll be starting my first time renter’s series. I’ll be covering everything from how to choose the right apartment, to tenants right and responsibilities, etc.
As a property manager I’ve had so many people my age come and sign lease without ever reading it or having a full understanding of what their getting themselves into. So I really hope that these posts will help someone out with finding their first apartment.
